Visand Holding B.V. ( since 2001) is situated in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands and it is specialized in project financing and management, investments, business development, turn-around management,  market research, industrial design, engineering, technological and logistic solutions with a focus on energy,  forestry, clean technologies and logistic sectors.

Structuring of the capital, including equity and debt financing, syndication of the loans, fund raising for start up businesses and R&D with strong potential and significant positive effects on the environment is part of our core business.  

Visand acts as an aggregator  in supply of complex industrial equipment on a turn-key or on an erection & supervision basis and in construction projects, assuring the best available in the market and environmentally sustainable technologies and practices. Visand project team has decades of experience in supplying equipment, project design, engineering solutions and services, construction and dismantling of production facilities and infrastructure, including start up and after start up services. 

We provide and manage comprehensive supply chains, including customization of the products and from door to door logistic solutions as well as Just in Time delivery programs.

We do not only share our experience and views but we also implement in real life our and our customer’s vision. In  practice it means that once we agree to take on the project we go through all the stages of the project development from the drawing board, and the board room meetings to the field and get the job done.
